As a Miss England 2026 semi finalist, I wanted to use this opportunity to support a very meaningful charity to me. After learning about the work Refuge has done for women and children affected by domestic abuse, I immediately knew this was it was a charity I wanted to support. I strongly believe in women’s rights and being in a world where women can feel safe and empowered. Sadly, domestic abuse is far too common, and many women experience violence and control everyday. It is often normalised or overlooked which is why I believe raising awareness to this is so important.
To support the charity, I have signed up to take part in Refuges 100 miles in the June challenge, throughout the month I will be running and staying active to complete the challenge while raising funds and awareness. Every mile I will be running stands for my commitment to women and children who are rebuilding their lives and looking towards a brighter future. Alongside my charity work, I am an aspiring actor with a passion for storytelling and creativity. What inspired me to enter Miss England was the opportunity to show young women that they can dream big, too often girls are made to feel limited by expectations placed upon them, but I believe that ambition should never have boundaries.

For me, Miss England is about more than a competition, it is a platform to make a positive impact whilst supporting important causes and encouraging young women to believe in themselves. Throughout my support for Refuge, I hope to raise awareness and inspire others to get involved and help create a future where every woman feels safe.
