Alexandra represented Sunderland in the Miss England grand final
held at the London Hilton Metropole in July
The final of Miss Sunderland 2009 was held on Friday 22nd May at Sunderland Football club (SAFC)
Miss Sunderland is currently part of the BeBold Campaign where this picture is on a very large billboard in Sunderland.
It is a campaign for awareness about alopecia
