Men aged 17-27 from across England are being encouraged to enter a MR England contest on the official website ready for the next Mr World but according to the organizer, so far the men are very shy & slow to come forward!
Contestants need to hold a British passport, be single confident, sporty, charitable and have good looks and charisma.
Organizer Angie Beasley who also runs the popular Miss England contest which attracts thousands of entries said “We launched the Mr England contest about 3 weeks ago but so far there’s not many guys that have come forward so far to enter!
So we enlisted the help of the current Miss England, Cornish Lifeguard Milla Magee who couldn’t wait to scout surfers in Newquay!”

Posing with her scouting surfboard on the beach and chatting to a fellow surfer Milla Magee (who has been dubbed the Cornish Pamela Anderson by locals for her Beauty with a Purpose #GOFARWITHCPR campaign) said “I am so excited to be on the judging panel for ‘Mr England 2024 next month’ ! I will be looking for a real mixture in someone. For me, the new Mr England must be kind and passionate about representing our country to the best of their ability we are looking for a positive role model, as he will be our representative at Mr World. I will be looking for someone with a purpose.”
The MR World contest which takes place this September in Vietnam has both a talent and sports round along with a fashion catwalk. The English winner will have the opportunity to take part in this exciting event with men from across the world . The Mr World 2024 winner will be invited to travel and attend charitable events with the reigning Miss World which raises thousands of pounds for good causes through its ethos Beauty with a Purpose.

The organizer is now looking for ten finalists from across England to compete in a one day photoshoot and interview round next month where the Mr England winner will selected.
Mr World takes place in Vietnam 17th – 29th September, so whoever wins the England leg will win an expenses paid trip to Vietnam to participate.
