27-year-old Emily Cossey from London has been announced as a semi-finalist for Miss England 2025, bringing both brains and beauty to the prestigious competition. Standing 171cm tall, Emily currently works as a Yacht Charter Broker, a role that combines business acumen with international travel and high-profile client service.
What sets Emily apart is her unique academic background. She holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, a qualification not often associated with the world of yacht brokering or beauty pageants. “People are always surprised when they learn about my academic background,” Emily shares. “I love breaking stereotypes and showing that women can succeed in science, business, and beauty simultaneously.”
Emily will compete in the Miss England Semi Finals later this year, showcasing not only her elegance and poise but also her intelligence, ambition, and commitment to redefining traditional pageant expectations.
The Miss England competition is renowned for celebrating diversity, talent, and charitable work, offering contestants the opportunity to represent England on the international stage at Miss World.
