Miss England Contestants who qualify for the 2025 semi final at the Grand Station Wolverhampton, on Friday 3rd October will be wearing a new red sash in the lead up to & during the semi final contest to promote their place in the contest.

This marks a significant change from the traditional white sashes that have been worn by all Miss England contenders for many years.
According to Miss England Director Angie Beasley, “It’s time for a revamp, red is a popular colour for 2025, let’s see how it’s received”.
Angie also mentioned her affinity to promote the clean-cut Miss World England logo, which represents “what we are proudly sending the ultimate winner of Miss England to and have been doing so for over 24 years since she became the director of the contest.

The traditional area title & award sashes given to the successful candidates at the semi final will continue to be white.
The final white sashes will also bear the Miss World England logo on to identify the winning contestants as national finalists & presented at the next grand final which is being revealed soon!
All semi finalists from now going forward will be presented with the red sash with bold white writing to recognise their place in the contest.
