Highlights of Miss Cumbria 2009

Was in association with Armathwaite Hall Hotel

The winner of Miss Cumbria 2009 was Eleanor Barr!

Eleanor received direct entry to the grand final which was held at the London Hilton Metropole

Bridie Lawson (pictured left) was Cumbria runner up and Miss Cumbria Charity was Sian Hunter (pictured right).

Both girls went through to the Miss England semifinal which was held at Champneys Springs on Monday 8th June!

The top 10 girls through the public vote were invited to the final judging round at the Armathwaite Hall Hotel in Cumbria on Monday 18th May.

The finalists were also asked to help fundraise for the Miss England chosen charities 'B-EAT' and 'The National Autistic Society' in the lead up to the 18th May. The top fund raiser was Sian Hunter who was awarded with a place in Miss England semi final at Champneys Spring in June.

Prizes for the winner of Miss Cumbria 2009 included:

Direct entry to the Miss England grand final including a 2 day stay at the London Hilton Metropole on 19th & 20th July

A half day Spa Experience at Armathwaite Hall for two people worth £110.00

which includes one 30 minute face or body Spa treatment & use of the Spa facilities for a four hour period which includes the use of the 16 meter infinity edge pool, thermal zone with hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room aroma room, heat experience showers, state of the art gym .

Kells Exclusive images in Barrow in Furness are offering a modelling photo-shoot to all Miss Cumbria finalists worth £150 and the winner will receive a modelling photo-shoot and professional portfolio with Kells worth £650 in total.
