Dr Carina Tyrrell – Miss England 2014

Carina Tyrell shot to fame when she won Miss Cambridgeshire 2014. Carina age 25 was a medical student at Cambridge University and took a year out of her studies to fulfil her Miss England duties. Carina then won the Miss England title at the Riviera centre Torquay after winning the Beach Beauty award, Beauty with a Purpose Top fundraiser and Photographic award and finished 3rd runner up to Miss World when it was held in London. During her reign Carina travelled to Mauritius, Maldives, Switzerland and was invited to india with Roleen Strass on a Miss World Beauty with a Purpose Project. Carina also highlighted a homeless charity in Cambridge by sleeping outside on the streets. Carina is now a qualified Doctor and works in England and is still involved and organises  the Miss England Crown Charity Challenge appeal, a monthly task for competitors to help their communities and encourages the contestants to support various charities during their reign
