At just 25 years old, Maleha Khan, a Southampton-based rocket scientist, is already making waves
in the field of aerospace while pursuing extraordinary adventures outside the lab. Standing 168 cm
tall, Maleha is not only shaping the future of rocket science but also setting a personal record of achievements that inspire others to push boundaries.
An early pioneer in aviation, Maleha earned her pilot’s license at the age of 15—before ever driving
a car. Her passion for exploration doesn’t stop in the skies: she is also an accomplished trekker who
has successfully trekked to the base camp of Mount Everest, demonstrating a remarkable blend of intellectual rigor and adventurous spirit.
“Science is about exploration, whether it’s in a lab, the skies, or on the tallest mountains,” said
Maleha Khan. “I want to show that curiosity and determination can take you anywhere—literally and figuratively.”
Maleha continues to contribute to groundbreaking aerospace projects, inspiring the next generation of scientists, aviators, and explorers.
The semi final takes place at the Grand Station Wolverhampton on Friday October 3rd which is being broadcast LIVE on the Beauty Queen Channel on Amazon and the Miss England YouTube Channel.
