Supporting Elspeth at Miss Progress 2026, Powered by wills.aesthetic

By 27th February 2026 No Comments
At wills.aesthetic, progress is the foundation of everything I do. As a natural bodybuilder and personal trainer, my goal is to help people build strength, confidence, and a physique they’re proud of. That’s why sponsoring Elspeth for Miss Progress 2026 is something I’m incredibly proud to be part of.
My coaching is built around results-driven training that focuses on building lean muscle, burning fat, and improving overall performance. From bodybuilding and fat loss to functional strength and shoulder mobility, I design structured, personalised programs that support long-term progress, both physically and mentally. Preparing for a competition like Miss Progress requires exactly that kind of approach.. consistency, dedication, and expert guidance.
Elspeth’s journey reflects what my coaching stands for. Competing isn’t just about the final stage moment; it’s about the months of disciplined training, nutrition, and mindset work that happen behind the scenes. Supporting her through this process aligns perfectly with the mission of wills.aesthetic, helping individuals push their limits and achieve real, lasting results.
Alongside competition prep, my work also includes hormone-informed coaching for clients experiencing menopause or andropause, ensuring training remains effective and sustainable at every stage of life. I’m also passionate about working with people with disabilities and supporting individuals with special needs, adapting training so everyone has the opportunity to build strength, confidence, and improve their quality of life. Fitness should be accessible, empowering, and tailored to the individual.
As Miss Progress 2026 approaches, I’m excited to continue supporting Elspeth on her journey and sharing updates along the way. This sponsorship represents more than a competition… it’s about progress, strength, and becoming the best version of yourself.
