The Miss England organisation has been included in World Book of Records UK, in recognition of its commendable contributions, during the ongoing BOPA Humanitarian Tour currently taking place in India. The honour was conferred in the presence of distinguished representatives at the Cordia Instititues, with the certificate graciously received on behalf of organisation by the reigning Miss England, Grace Richardson, hailing from Leicester, alongside Charlotte Grant, from Liverpool who proudly represented England at the 72nd Miss World pageant held in India.
The recognition acknowledges Miss England’s continued dedication to humanitarian causes, social outreach, and global goodwill initiatives. Through its active participation in international programmes such as the BOPA Humanitarian Tour, the organisation has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to promoting social responsibility, cultural exchange, and charitable engagement.
During the tour, both Grace and Charlotte have been actively involved in various philanthropic activities, interacting with communities and supporting initiatives aimed at uplifting underprivileged sections of society. Their presence has further strengthened cultural ties and highlighted the importance of compassion and service on a global platform. The inclusion of Miss England in World Book of Records stands as a testament to its enduring commitment to meaningful causes beyond the realm of pageantry. It reflects the organisation’s evolving role as a platform for advocacy, empowerment, and humanitarian contribution, inspiring young individuals to engage in purposeful and socially responsible endeavours.

The fundraising efforts are inspired by the Miss World ‘Beauty with a Purpose’ ethos, created by Julia Morley , chairwoman of Miss World.
The Miss England contest & it’s contestants have raised in excess of £2 million for various UK charitable causes over the years with numerous organisations supported and highlighted across both the UK and India.
Grace Richardson’s “Beauty with a Purpose” project which she’s taking to the Miss World stage later this year is called ” Every Drop Counts, focusing on water conservation, sustainability & working with the Vayyu foundation, raising awareness around the global water crisis. Her work highlights the importance of responsible water usage and aims to support communities facing water scarcity.

Since arriving in India on 21st February this year with BOPA, the Miss England delegation has been actively engaged in a series of humanitarian visits. These include time spent with the Eknoor Charity Trust, Unique Home for Girls, an eye hospital supporting those in need of vital treatment, and the Lions Public School in Chandigarh and the Cordia Institute .
