At the Miss England semi finals 2025, Jessica won the AI Avatar business award in collaboration with MirrorMe. This round involved creating digital advertise of ourselves that could be used by companies for campaigns such as advertisement, employee training courses, giving presentations etc. Our AI avatars can be given any script and can speak any language. This saves a lot more time and money than creating a regular campaign and is at the forefront of the Modelling industry. AI is changing every industry and it is being involved in the modelling industry now so she would rather be a part of this experience than avoid it and get left behind so Jessica was really grateful for this opportunity. This round had caused quite a mediate as it was quite controversial because a lot of people are scared about AI and worried about it taking models jobs. But personally, she believes that AI will be used whether we want to or not and that getting models involved at the beginning where they still have a chance to have a say over how it’s used and earn some money from the AI is much better.

At the semi-final, Jessica also won the award of Miss Bristol 2025. This is so exciting for me as she has been living in Bristol for the past five years while I completed my physics masters at the University of Bristol. Jessica fell in love with the city and hope to continue living here for a very long time. I feel so grateful that I get the chance to represent this beautiful area of England and to showcase how incredible it is in Miss England rounds such as explore the nation and by helping fundraisers and promote local Bristol charities and my miss England journey. When completing my physics degree she realised that only 25% of physics graduates are female. This is due to the fact that this industry seems a bit unobtainable to us as we do not have many female role models in this area and it can be daunting accessing a heavily male dominated industry. To try and combat this and inspire a future generations of women I have been travelling around giving talks on this subject to try and increase the visibility of women in this area and to show that we can actually achieve anything that we put our minds to. Jessica has given talks at the World Youth Festival in Uzbekistan 2024 where I gave a TEDx talk about this issue. Moreover, in 2025 I represented England and women in science as a young leader at the Nasser Fellowship in Egypt 2025 visiting places such as the league of Arabs and the Egyptian parliament meeting the prime minister of Egypt and the head of the league of Arabs. Most recently, Jessica was invited as a speaker in World Atomic Week 2025 to present my research into nuclear physics which I was proud to do so and show that women are here and visible in this industry.

My Miss World Beauty with a Purpose project combines this innovative AI aspect as well as my passion for education and science in a company that I co-founded called School Box Africa. This company is based on the fundamental principle that education is a right and not a privilege. We hope to increase access to education for people that struggled to access it. Our starting point is to help young people in rural areas of Zambia. By improving their ability to access education not only will this give them more opportunities in life but it will also help build the economy of Zambia. We are working closely with the government of Zambia to get this project to be implemented. The AI Revolution is here I’m so proud to be at the forefront of it and use this to help people that need it most.

What we are actually hoping to do is to work closely with MirrorMe to use their AI avatars to create a standardised curriculum for different subjects that can be taught easily on a system that monitors progress and can adapt easily to each student’s educational needs. So the subjects can be anything from how to create water filtration systems to an electrician course to a maths and science course. We want to make it interactive and like the Student is getting one on one tutoring. This will be particularly impactful in Zambia because many children cannot even access education there, and the ones that can access it, the schools there are overcrowded with one teacher having to teach so many children that a lot of children get lost in the system. The government of Zambia are hoping to invest a lot into education in the coming years as this will not only help the quality of life of the people but also it will really greatly help their economy so we are in discussion with the Zambian government and are likely to collaborate with them.
