BOPA humanitarian trip to India

Charlotte, from Liverpool, represented England at Miss World 2025 in Telangana, India in May 2025 will be returning to the historic country with BOPA .

During the Miss World competition in Telangana she experienced the warmth and culture of India first-hand, making the upcoming visit a special return.

Charlotte will be travelling alongside the reigning Miss England, Grace Richardson, on the two-week humanitarian trip organised by BOPA. During their visit, the pair will take part in community outreach activities and will also be pictured at one of India’s most iconic landmarks wearing beautiful outfits by designer Oorvi Desai.

Luxury couture designer Oorvi Desai is known for blending traditional Indian craftsmanship with modern, elegant silhouettes. Born in India, the collaboration carries a particularly meaningful connection, bringing together Indian heritage and British titleholders in a celebration of culture, fashion and international friendship. Her designs showcase intricate detailing, rich fabrics and contemporary styling that honour the traditions of Indian couture.

Speaking about the collaboration, Oorvi said:

“I’m very excited to be dressing these two Miss World England contestants and seeing them wear my designs at such an iconic location in India. It’s a wonderful opportunity to showcase Indian couture and I will make sure the ladies look their absolute finest.”

The BOPA Humanitarian trip will include visits to schools, universities and children’s homes supported by BOPA, highlighting the organisation’s ongoing humanitarian work and commitment to education and community support.

Charlottes participation in the BOPA trip means now that four Miss England / Miss World England winners will now have taken part in this meaningful humanitarian tour with BOPA — further strengthening the long-standing connection between the organisation and the Miss England programme.
