| Achievements |
My most recent achievement was becoming runner up in Miss Bedfordshire, I had never done a pageant before and it has opened up great new opportunities for me which I am so excited for.
I Achieved 9 GCSES A*-C grade and then went on to study Air Cabin Crew (combined with travel and tourism) at college, I was selected to represent the college in the ‘Change your destiny’ campaign. The concept of the “Destiny” campaign is focused on communicating to potential students that by enrolling on a course at Central Bedfordshire College they have the opportunity to control and change their destiny into whatever they want it to be. As education was so important to me, I represented the college as a role model to young potential students for them to pursue their education.
I then recently reached my dream job which is Cabin Crew for Thomson Airways, this has always been a passion for me from a very young age and as I am only 18 and now work for a fantastic airline I feel like this is an amazing achievement.
Also a great achievement for me was working very hard throughout the year, encouraging my team mates, training hard and going on to winning the League Cup with my football team in 2011. Being vice-captain, I looked after, encouraged and supported my team mates so we could reach to as much success as we could. To add onto this, this season we have finished in second place and have been offered promotion to a higher league, this is a great opportunity as we have been in the same league for 7 years now. |
| Talents |
My biggest talent which is quite different is Football. I have played for 10 years now and despite being quite girly I love playing and play for a Ladies team called Leighton United.
I also have a very caring and lively personality which suits perfectly with my career, we have a lot of passengers travelling with our airline and I love making the atmosphere happy and enjoyable, I believe this to be a great talent of mine too. |
| Ambitions |
My ambition is to stay in the same career but I would love in the future to work for a different airline such as Etihad airways and Emirates. With these airlines for example you are based in Abu Dhabi and fly to exciting destinations around the world, I am very passionate about people and I am committed to achieving success in life, I would love to work in a different environment and would feel really appreciative if I was invited to work where I was introduced to Arabian culture.
I also would love to go on and achieve my dreams of participating in Miss England and further on Miss World, I feel good in myself when I make others happy. At any chance to help support a charity, I am always there doing my best. I would feel incredibly proud if I had the opportunity to represent my country and I believe you are modelling who you are and the role model you wish to be. |
