The Miss England office have now selected 21 contestants from all the entries received who now appear by photograph on this page and the public can now help select the winner! The voting starts 9am 1st April and ends 30th April 12 Noon.Voting and prize information is shown at the bottom of this page.

Vanessa Lansom a 5ft 4ins dancer from Nottingham has won photo heat 4 of Miss England 2008. Vanessa aged 23 will now qualify for the Miss England semi finals which takes place on 16th & 17th June 2008 at Champneys springs in Ashby De La Zouch. 40 contestants will take part in the semi final and 10 will be selected from this for the grand final. Vanessa also wins an evening gown from www.seduzefashions.co.uk worth £500. Vanessa scored top marks in the public vote and was placed 1st and 2nd by the Miss England office and photographers giving her 1st place in the whole competition.
2nd place is Natalie Boyle and 3rd place os Tara Graham.

From the 20 contestants pictured above, the public will select the final 7 girls by placing votes. The 7 girls will then be placed by Miss England Georgia Horsley, the Miss England office and an independant photographer. The top TWO contestants will go forward to the Miss England semi final and win the prizes below.
Please note; Winning the public vote does not mean a contestant will win the competition.
