The public vote for Miss Cheltenham has now finished and HarrietL has won the public vote.
Harriet was also the 1st runner up and was chosen to compete in the Miss England Semi Final
The final presentation of Miss Cheltenham was held on THURSDAY 26TH MAY 2011 at the Regent Arcade
