Achievements

My most recent acheivement is definitely winning the title of Miss Rugby 2010. It is so exciting to be in the Miss England finals, and I feel very grateful to have such a fantastic opportunity. I am also very proud of my academic acheivements. I have gained 12 GCSE's and 3 A levels as well as being accepted at a top university. I am currently studying for a degree in English literature at the University of Warwick, and hope to graduate next summer. Having paticipated in dancing and rhythmic gymnastics since I was young I have won many medals and recieved many awards. Performing with my gymnastics team in competitions I have had some great experiences as well as winning several national titles. Participating in Miss England has helped me achieve many of my goals, not only have I had great fun, I have also helped to raise over ten thousand pounds for the help for heroes charity which is a cause I am passionate about.

Talents

As well as dancing from a young age I have taken a keen interest in sports from rugby to rhythmic gymnastics. I am currently a memeber of AlienZoo dance company and I have been lucky enough to perform at events all over the country including the commonwealth championships. With my experience in dance and gymnastics I am now able to help train and teach the younger girls wishing to gain experience in the sport. This has been a very rewarding experience which has helped me to develop my passion and talent for teaching.

Ambitions

It has been my ambition from a young age to become a qualified teacher. Now that I have nearly completed my degree I feel closer than ever to achievieng my goal. I think that it is so important for young people to have strong, positive role models in their lives and I hope that through becoming a teacher I will be able to positively influence the younger generation. The Miss England competition is a great platform for women to become positive role models, as it promotes real women who are talented and intelligent as well as poised and beautiful. This is why it has been an ambition of win a Miss England title for quite some time. I am so thrilled to have won Miss Rugby 2010 and would love to win Miss England and represent the country I am so proud of at Miss World. Whatever my ambitions are though, I will always strive to be a happy positive person and enjoy every moment of my life, even if I can only positively influence one person I will consider this an achievement.
