Achievements

My education was always of paramount importance to me, I stayed on at school to achieve 9 GCSE’s – 4 AS levels + 3 A levels, along with a Spanish Speaking Diploma. My qualifications gained me a place at The University of Northumbria, where I obtained a 2:1 Degree in Media Culture & Society. Throughout my time at school and University I juggled my education with my commitment to being a part time model. The highlight of my career was when I was chosen to be a ‘Lynx’ girl in 6 T.V commercials. I have also appeared in several poster campaigns, and can be currently seen promoting my home city in and around Newcastle.

Talents

Being an active person, sport and keep fit are high on my agenda. This started early when at around the age of 10, I started horse riding. Very quickly I became hooked and started to compete on the local circuit. Swimming is also something I love to do, again starting early and being selected to represent my school in City Trials, which gave me a great sense of pride. More recently, I have been exploring the world of T.V presenting.

Ambitions

Life is nothing unless you can care about others. It is my greatest ambition to work with disadvantaged children. To help me on this route, I have recently embarked on an intense training course with one of the countries leading children’s charities. I hope to work with them over the remaining part of the year & in the future. Animal welfare is also something very close to my heart; again it is my aim to get more involved with animal protection charities and work towards a world where animal welfare matters.
