At the age of 9 years old i won the Chess championship at Church High School. From the age of 12-17 i was on the A team for Netball, having the opportunity to play against the Falcons Rugby team to raise money for charities, this was all held at Central Newcastle High School. Last year i had the fantastic opportunity to take part in the TV Game Show "Identity" which was a hit on BBC 1, hosting Donny Osmond who was an honour to meet. I have recently filmed a Pringles advert which was shown over Christmas time. I have been a member for AM Model Agency situated in the heart of Newcastle since the age of 14., since then i have gained some fantastic experience, having the opportunity to model for Marks and Spencers Per Una clothes range, and catwalking for the range in the main shop in the Metro Centre. i have also done hair modeling for GHD and have been asked to participate again on the 9th June. At the beginning of the year i modelled for Tyneside College, and took part in a fashion show sponsored by Vauxhall Tigra alongside the 3 runners up for Britains Next Top Model 2007. At the beginning of my modeling career i took part in a model school and was awarded first prize for confidence, style and attitude. I have won three Dance Awards after taking part in examinations at Newcastle Dance Centre. After 14 years of private schooling i recieved 8 GCSE'S and 2 A levels. I am currently studying a Children and Young Persons Degree at Newcastle College so hopefully i will work at my full ability and graduate at the end of next year. Because i am studying this certain degree i was asked to take part in a placement one day a week. At the beginning of the year i took part in a private nursery near where i live, for around about 6 months,this was again a fantastic opportunity for me to gain valuable experience, however i feel my heart is with Special Needs children and poorly children who are unable to benefit from life like we can, so i have recently arranged to work in a Childrens Hospital and School in Newcastle. As a young girl i had Meningitis and when myself and my family talk about this traumatic time i am always reminded of the heartache and torture my family and i went through, so i feel this career will be very rewarding towards me and help me relate to the children and their families and really try and make a difference.

People who do not live in England, do not realise just what a fantastic country it really is. We have had famous Comedians, Actors, Models, Sportsman, Atheletes, Singers (the list goes on) all born and bred in England, which i am so proud to say. Because i was born and raised in England it would be an honour to represent my country as i am so proud to say i live here. It would be an experience of a life time to take part in Miss England. With working with children in need i hope to pursue this as a full time career and help those who desparately need it. My main ambition in life is to take part in a TV Presenting course i will be doing in September and consider doing a documentary around the children hospitalsin England and hopefully raise as much money for a variety of charities as possible. When i am 30 years old after i have accomplished everything i want to achieve in life, i hope to get married and have children and live a long time in good health. i am a Managing Director of a country pub and i hope to keep the business throughout my family and expand the business through Newcastle
