Music is my passion. I play the Piano and sing, both to a Grade 7 standard. I also recently started teaching myself the guitar. I enjoy writing my own songs and sharing a piece of my soul with whoever is in the audience. I have performed at numerous venues across the country, including DeMontfort Hall, which was a great honour as I have seen many of my idols grace the same stage. In the summer of 2011, I toured France and Germany as the singer in my College band. This June, I will be performing solo at Leicestershire’s homegrown festival- Glastonbudget. In the last few months I have raised hundreds of pounds for a beautiful Leicester founded charity \'Tilinanu\', an orphanage in Malawi. I have done this by busking and putting on gigs around the country.

I love communicating with others and I\'m always talking. I speak French and am beginning to learn Portuguese. I am very inquisitive, curious and forever asking questions. I like to keep an open mind and look at things from different perspectives. I enjoy telling jokes and many say that my smile is indelible.

I am currently working hard to finish my A levels, whilst travelling the country making music in my spare time. I have aspirations of taking a degree in languages and I\'m hoping to do this at Oxford or Cambridge University. I believe learning about other cultures will broaden my outlook on the world and upon completing my degree, I plan to travel and explore the unknown. I look forward to discovering delicious foods, learning new colourful dances and sharing my music and stories with the all the people I meet along the way.

Each and every one of us has an abundance of kindness, generosity and talent to share with the world. I want to use my energy, enthusiasm and positivity to inspire, motivate and help others recognise this.
