Miss and Mr England at the Miss Gibraltar 2010 Pageant
Current Miss England Katrina Hodge and current Mr England, Andreas Kattou attended the Miss Gibraltar Pageant as judges on Saturday 26th June. 23 year-old Larissa Dalli is Miss Gibraltar 2010. She was crowned on Saturday night by the reigning Miss World, Kaianne Aldorino. Larissa will represent Gibraltar at the Miss World Pageant which takes place later this year.

Mr England, Andreas Kattou skydives for British Heart Foundation!
Mr England 2009, Andreas Kattou was at Hibaldstow Airfield, North Lincolnshire, where he performed a 15,000ft skydive in honour of his little cousin who sadly passed away on the 14th of december 2009 to a sudden heart heart attack at just the tender age of 15. All funds raised will be donated to the British Heart Foundation

Miss England, Katrina Hodge launches Liverpool big wheel!
It's been a busy week for Miss England, Katrina Hodge. On her tour of the Northwest, Katrina in the early morning of Thursday 11th February has become the first person to ride Liverpool's big wheel, after it was rebuilt at the Albert Dock!
Lance Corporal Katrina Hodge looked fabulous wearing a dress made solely from lottery balls and tickets to promote the Euromillion Rollover.
She said: "It just goes to show how one stroke of luck can change your life and make your wildest dreams a reality. I just hope the luck continues to roll in 2010."

Miss England in Rome, Italy!
Lance Corporal Katrina Hodge (aka. Miss England) who was crowned on Monday 25th January was whisked away to Rome last week (Tuesday 26th January) to appear on one of Italy's biggest television show 'Tatami'

Miss Englands reunited at Renault Diamond Awards

Rachel Christie, 21 and Katrina Hodge, 22 were reunited at the Renault Diamond Awards held in Gloucestershire. Rachel the former Miss England is the current Miss London City and Katrina Hodge who now holds the Miss England title worked together at this event.

Mr England switches on Christmas lights for Rugby and Coventry!
It has been a weekend for Andreas Kattou, current Mr England. On Sunday 29th November, Andreas switched on the christmas lights with Santa in Rugby
Mr England also switched the christmas lights on in Coventry with singer, Beverley Knight!
Mr England 2009 at Miss West Africa 2009
Mr England, Andreas Kattou was the VIP guest at Miss West Africa UK 2009 where he crowned this years winner. Amongst the guests were also Levi Roots (Reggie Reggie sauce) Comedian Eddie K ,Rap Artist KB and designer Harold Bernhard The event took place at The Royal Regency Hall in London on Friday 27th November
Mr England helps fundraise for Children in Need
Current Mr England, Andreas Kattou joins Pudsey for a charity abseil from the tower at Rugby Fire Station and helps raise over £1.5 million in the Midlands alone for Charity!

It's time to celebrate euromillions!
Four of our northern Miss England contestants have been promoting Euromillions which this week we saw two winners from Britain bagging a lovely 90million pounds! Here is Miss Leeds and Miss England 2nd runner up - Viki Bailey in celebratory style!

Lance Corporal Katrina Hodge is Miss England 2009
Katrina has been given leave from her duties as a soldier in the British Army to represent England in the Miss World Final to be held in Johannesburg, South Africa on Saturday, 12 th December, 2009. Katrina was the first runner up in this year's prestigious competition and has been awarded the title of Miss England, following the stepping down of the original titleholder, Rachel Christie.

Miss England runs at Royal Parks half Marathon
Miss England's Rachel Christie's weekend was bursting with exciting activities as she took part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon where the celebrities like Ben Fogle and Nell McAndrews took part in the half marathon!
The 13.1 marathon happened on Sunday 11th October and was held at Hyde Park

Rachel Christie was at the Serpentine in Hyde Park on Wednesday 7th October.
Stroke for Stroke aims to help encourage people to lower their stroke risk by rowing 10k, whilst raising vital funds for The Stroke Association.

Miss England, Rachel Christie modelled some of Karen Karmody's dresses for the Vision Charity dinner on Thursday 24th September. The beautiful dresses were accessorised with headdresses by Louis Mariette (judge in Britain's Newest Top Model) and AReS Diamonds of Hatton Garden.
The Vision Fantasy Fashion Show and Gala Dinner at Flutes in North London was in aid of the national children's Charity, Vision Charity which raises funds for blind, visually impaired and dyslexic children.

Rachel Christie is pictured with Rudolph Walker (most known for playing 'Patrick Trueman' in the soap opera 'Eastenders') pictured left and the wonderful comedian Eddie Kadi pictured right. This was pictured at London's IndigO2 at the O2' on Saturday 15th August where Eddie Kadi performed!
Eddie Kadi has been nominated in the Best Comedian category at The Black Tie Comedy awards taking place on August 23.

Charlotte Packham (Miss East Sussex 2009) hands over the coach keys as part of the Variety Club Sunshine Coach presentation. The Variety Club is one of Miss England chosen charities.

Leanne Groutage (Miss Worcester 2009) was dressed in a cowgirl attire on Monday 1st June to show that an unclaimed lottery ticket is wanted with the reward of £2,525,485!

Miss England goes Green!

final of Miss England will take place at the London Hilton Metropole on Monday July 20th 2009 and
organisers are planning to have a green theme to promote recycling as part of the competition.
Laura says "I think its seriously important that everyone does as much as they can to help stop the negative effects of Global warming and try and be as environmentally as possible.You can help in tiny ways by simply turning off the TV completley instead of leaving it on standby , or making sure you switch the lights off before you leave the room and car sharing. Small things can make a large difference. I always try to help as much as I can. I drive a smart car which has smaller co2 emmissions. "
At the final in July, all the regional Miss England finalists are being invited to a swishing party on the eve of the contest and will be encouraged to bring outfits they no longer wear and will have the chance to swap with fellow contestants.
Finalists in this year's Miss England competition will spend two days at the London Hilton Metropole on the 19th & 20th July and the winner will be crowned on the 20th July during the evening. The winner of the competition will qualify for this year's Miss World finals.

Miss Sheffield stops traffic!
Pictured left is the current Miss Sheffield Jaime Lee Faulkner who recently stopped traffic in this glamourous costume on behalf of the National Lottery .
Jaime is getting ready for the Miss England semi finals which she competes in at Champneys Springs on June 8th after winning the public vote in the Miss England finals in July 08.
This year Jaime will be representing her home town of Rotherham in the semi finals, and is hoping to reach the grand final again.
"I would love to be in the final again , I enjoyed it so much last year!" says Jaime who appeared in the local newspaper on behalf of the national lottery .

CHLOE IS CROWNED QUEEN
The first runner up in Miss England 08 "Chloe Marshall" aged 17 has just been named as Miss Teen England by a new leading beauty clinique "Uptown Girl" in Guildford Surrey.
Chloe who was the highest voted teenager in the last Miss England final was presented with a beautiful crown and sash and a £1000 at the opening of the salon on the 3rd December.
"Im proof that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes" says plus sized model Chloe who will also receive £2,500 in beauty treatments to spend at Uptown girl during the next year.
Chloe is now available for appearances as Miss Teen England and anyone interested in booking Chloe should contact the Miss England office on 01162 440479 .

Miss England booked for shoot in Mumbai
Miss England Laura Coleman jetted off in October for a photoshoot for reknowned luggage brand Carlton International who have recently used Laura for their store openings.
This time the location was more exotic and the fashion shoot took place in Mumbai . "I had fab time in Mumbai it was a real experience" says Laura .
"The fashion shots from the shoot in Mumbai will be revealed soon on this page as Carlton are using the pictures for their advertising campaign for the next two years . " says organiser Angie Beasley. Here is Laura pictured with Carlton when she won the photo shoot with the Fresh Academy.

Miss England sets team RAC pulses racing
September - Team RAC drivers Colin Turkington and Stephen Jelley pictured with Laura Coleman Miss England promoting the RAC Charity Track day in which Laura is one of the celebrities participating.
In the spirit of the day Team RAC donned fake Moustaches to lend their support to Everymans Tacheback campaign which runs each September.
"Laura says " It was great to meet Colin and Stephen ahead of the race and I wish them both the best of luck . Im looking forward to meeting up with them next week for the RAC Charity Track day challenge and hopefuly I will learn something from them whilst we all help Everyman raise awareness of male cancers "

Marcelane is one of the most successful eveningwear designer collection in the UK. To build on the success of the last 6 years the company have introduced a new bridal collection "The Bride by Marcelane" which was launched at the Harrogate Bridal exhibition .

On Tuesday 2nd September 2008, Miss England Laura Coleman opened the latest Carlton Mono Brand store in Thurrocks Lakeside Shopping centre. It was a fabulous occassion with many dropping by for a photo opportunity with Miss England and of course to see the new Carlton Ranges.
Laura has just landed a 6 day trip to Mumbai for a special Carlton photoshoot next month.
"Its amazing they want me to model for the Carlton brand and im looking forward to the trip to Mumbai " says Laura.
Carltons sales manager Colin Lee was at the event on Tuesday said "We plan to open a further 50 stores accross Europe over the next 5 years, we feel that Carlton is a luggage brand that is both practical and fashionable.

Wednesday 10th September 2008, Miss England travels to York to open the new Vivienne Westwood store. Joining Laura was former Miss York Naomi Smith and here she is looking wonderful .
"They back combed my hair so much it didnt feel like my own but I love the look" says Laura who is looking forward to her trip to South Africa , the new destination for Miss World. " I love the vintage lookVivienne Westwood clothing has its so classic" says Laura who is the lead model at a fashion show during London fashion week next week.
Laura will also be featured on the front cover of Essential brides magazine and has an indepth interview and fashion photoshoot with Everymodel magazine out on the 15th September !

Miss England Laura Coleman visited the Mercury news shop in her home town of Melton Mowbray recently to celebrate the launch of the new national lottery scratchcard, Kitty cash. She showed players that they really could scratch their way to a bigger Kitty, dressed as a Cat!
