Miss England 2007 and 2008 at the Dubai Fashion Fiesta!

Miss East Sussex at the Sunshine Coach Presentation!
Charlotte Packham (Miss East Sussex 2009) hands over the coach keys as part of the Variety Club Sunshine Coach presentation. The Variety Club is one of Miss England chosen charities.
Lottery Ticket wanted in Worcester
Leanne Groutage (Miss Worcester 2009) was dressed in a cowgirl attire on Monday 1st June to show that an unclaimed lottery ticket is wanted with the reward of £2,525,485!

Laura Coleman was a judge at the Miss Berkshire 2009 heat where celebrities Eddie Jordan and Frankie Dettori attended this wonderful event. The winner was Pia Nippard who receives entry to the grand final of Miss England.
Pretty As A £110 Million Picture!
To celebrate this Friday's (Friday 8th May) whopping EuroMillions jackpot, Miss Shropshire, Kerry Price, is going to live the high life and see what it is like to be a multi-millionaire. Kerry is donning her ‘poshest' frock and being chauffeur-driven to Weston Park for the day - with the aid of a dashing manservant to attend to her every need!

Miss England made her mark on St. Georges Day!
Laura Coleman spent the day at the houses of parliament with MPs and peers to celebrate St. Georges Day. She took time to hand out roses to the public and led the toast to England and St. George!

Miss England goes Green!

final of Miss England will take place at the London Hilton Metropole on Monday July 20th 2009 and
organisers are planning to have a green theme to promote recycling as part of the competition.
Laura says "I think its seriously important that everyone does as much as they can to help stop the negative effects of Global warming and try and be as environmentally as possible.You can help in tiny ways by simply turning off the TV completley instead of leaving it on standby , or making sure you switch the lights off before you leave the room and car sharing. Small things can make a large difference. I always try to help as much as I can. I drive a smart car which has smaller co2 emmissions. "
At the final in July, all the regional Miss England finalists are being invited to a swishing party on the eve of the contest and will be encouraged to bring outfits they no longer wear and will have the chance to swap with fellow contestants.
Finalists in this year's Miss England competition will spend two days at the London Hilton Metropole on the 19th & 20th July and the winner will be crowned on the 20th July during the evening. The winner of the competition will qualify for this year's Miss World finals.

Miss Sheffield stops traffic!
Pictured left is the current Miss Sheffield Jaime Lee Faulkner who recently stopped traffic in this glamourous costume on behalf of the National Lottery .
Jaime is getting ready for the Miss England semi finals which she competes in at Champneys Springs on June 8th after winning the public vote in the Miss England finals in July 08.
This year Jaime will be representing her home town of Rotherham in the semi finals, and is hoping to reach the grand final again.
"I would love to be in the final again , I enjoyed it so much last year!" says Jaime who appeared in the local newspaper on behalf of the national lottery .
CHLOE IS CROWNED QUEEN
The first runner up in Miss England 08 "Chloe Marshall" aged 17 has just been named as Miss Teen England by a new leading beauty clinique "Uptown Girl" in Guildford Surrey.
Chloe who was the highest voted teenager in the last Miss England final was presented with a beautiful crown and sash and a £1000 at the opening of the salon on the 3rd December.
"Im proof that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes" says plus sized model Chloe who will also receive £2,500 in beauty treatments to spend at Uptown girl during the next year.
Chloe is now available for appearances as Miss Teen England and anyone interested in booking Chloe should contact the Miss England office on 01162 440479 .

Miss England booked for shoot in Mumbai
Miss England Laura Coleman jetted off in October for a photoshoot for reknowned luggage brand Carlton International who have recently used Laura for their store openings.
This time the location was more exotic and the fashion shoot took place in Mumbai . "I had fab time in Mumbai it was a real experience" says Laura .
"The fashion shots from the shoot in Mumbai will be revealed soon on this page as Carlton are using the pictures for their advertising campaign for the next two years . " says organiser Angie Beasley. Here is Laura pictured with Carlton when she won the photo shoot with the Fresh Academy.

Miss England sets team RAC pulses racing
September - Team RAC drivers Colin Turkington and Stephen Jelley pictured with Laura Coleman Miss England promoting the RAC Charity Track day in which Laura is one of the celebrities participating.
In the spirit of the day Team RAC donned fake Moustaches to lend their support to Everymans Tacheback campaign which runs each September.
"Laura says " It was great to meet Colin and Stephen ahead of the race and I wish them both the best of luck . Im looking forward to meeting up with them next week for the RAC Charity Track day challenge and hopefuly I will learn something from them whilst we all help Everyman raise awareness of male cancers "
British Bridal exhibition on Sunday 7th September 2008
Miss England Laura Coleman travels to Harrogate to open the bridal show for Marcelane.
Marcelane is one of the most successful eveningwear designer collection in the UK. To build on the success of the last 6 years the company have introduced a new bridal collection "The Bride by Marcelane" which was launched at the Harrogate Bridal exhibition .

On Tuesday 2nd September 2008, Miss England Laura Coleman opened the latest Carlton Mono Brand store in Thurrocks Lakeside Shopping centre. It was a fabulous occassion with many dropping by for a photo opportunity with Miss England and of course to see the new Carlton Ranges.
Laura has just landed a 6 day trip to Mumbai for a special Carlton photoshoot next month.
"Its amazing they want me to model for the Carlton brand and im looking forward to the trip to Mumbai " says Laura.
Carltons sales manager Colin Lee was at the event on Tuesday said "We plan to open a further 50 stores accross Europe over the next 5 years, we feel that Carlton is a luggage brand that is both practical and fashionable.

Wednesday 10th September 2008, Miss England travels to York to open the new Vivienne Westwood store. Joining Laura was former Miss York Naomi Smith and here she is looking wonderful .
"They back combed my hair so much it didnt feel like my own but I love the look" says Laura who is looking forward to her trip to South Africa , the new destination for Miss World. " I love the vintage lookVivienne Westwood clothing has its so classic" says Laura who is the lead model at a fashion show during London fashion week next week.
Laura will also be featured on the front cover of Essential brides magazine and has an indepth interview and fashion photoshoot with Everymodel magazine out on the 15th September !

Miss England shows locals how to scratch their way to success !
Miss England Laura Coleman visited the Mercury news shop in her home town of Melton Mowbray recently to celebrate the launch of the new national lottery scratchcard, Kitty cash. She showed players that they really could scratch their way to a bigger Kitty, dressed as a Cat!
